The survey, which saw a 100% completion rate from customers who participated, reveals significant improvements in customer satisfaction and product perception compared to the previous year.

One of the most encouraging findings from the survey was a 15% increase in respondents agreeing that Hochiki manufactures and designs innovative, high-quality, and robust products. This substantial rise demonstrates our commitment to excellence and our success in meeting evolving industry needs.

Furthermore, there was an impressive 18% increase in customers affirming that Hochiki's current range of fire detection products, accessories, and peripherals meets their requirements. We are thrilled to report a notable improvement in our relationships with distributors. The average satisfaction score for working with Hochiki increased from 5 to 6, indicating stronger partnerships and improved collaboration across our network.

The survey also provided valuable insights into what matters most to our customers: competitive pricing, efficient delivery, exceptional customer service, comprehensive support, product availability, and superior quality.

While we've made significant strides in addressing previous concerns about stock levels and delivery speed, we acknowledge the current feedback regarding delivery costs. We are committed to maintaining open communication with our customers to explain market factors affecting these costs and to explore ways to optimise our delivery processes.

The 2024 survey saw a 100% completion rate from those customers who participated, up from 63% in 2023. This increase in engagement allows us to gather more comprehensive data, enabling us to better understand and respond to our customers' needs.
