Hochiki Italia invest in people to provide the best in life safety

Over the past 12 months Hochiki Italia has worked hard to ensure their customers across Italy get the best possible service when it comes to fire detection. Part of their commitment to improving customer experience is to invest in their team of experienced experts; Mr Marcon's appointment is a positive step as the team continue to strive for customer excellence.

Marcon brings with him a wealth of knowledge, having worked in the security and fire safety industry for more than 30 years. His career has spanned across technical teams, life safety manufacturing, operations, business planning, systems partners and wholesale markets, both nationally and internationally.

Using this insight, in his new role with Hochiki Italia, Mr Marcon will be focused on leading the sales teams in order to build stronger relationships with existing customers and create opportunities with new customers. He will also look at how Hochiki Italia (HIT) can generate product specifications into key strategic market sectors, support the delivery of new products into the life safety market and feedback key information including customer insight.
